I’m Robert and Cherry’s son. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia - middle class, Southern-blooded, and faith-rooted. I didn’t grow up with privilege, but I did grow up with fire. My early days were spent fueling planes at a small-town airport, learning how hard work, blistered hands, and quiet consistency built something stronger than status: character.
I didn’t take the straight path—I forged my own. My journey ran through the world of corporate aviation, continued into the classroom as an academic instructor, and eventually led me into boardrooms, churches, and business ownership. Along the way, I picked up degrees in psychology and business management, but more importantly, I picked up people—leaders, dreamers, entrepreneurs—just like you, stuck between what they want and how to get there.
Now? I’m a CEO, business strategist, author, and speaker—but titles don’t matter. I’m a man on a mission: to help others build bold, faith-fueled lives and organizations that actually work.
Speaking isn’t a job for me—it’s the calling that’s followed me my entire life. Before anyone handed me a microphone or wrote me a check, I was leading worship, teaching inmates, guiding entrepreneurs, and pouring into people who’d been written off or worn down. And they kept coming back. Not because I had all the answers—but because I made the truth make sense.
Performance.
I’ve spoken to thousands across the U.S.—from school districts and churches to business leaders and blue-collar crews. I don’t use slides. I don’t hide behind hype. I use real stories, raw honesty, and spiritual conviction to light people up from the inside out.
Teaching.
Whether in a prison classroom, a church, or a business coaching session, I have a way of translating complexity into clarity. I don’t lecture—I activate. Learners leave equipped, not just inspired.
Writing.
I’ve authored books, essays, devotions, and countless articles on business, leadership, and life. Whether I’m breaking down sales funnels or Scripture, I write to move people—and I write like I talk: straight, soulful, and to the point.
Be real. Be useful. Be bold.
People don’t need another polished performance. They need someone to tell the truth—in a way that actually helps them live it out. I mix faith and fire, humor and strategy, heart and grit. I make people laugh, think, and sometimes cry—but most of all, I make them move.
I've worn a lot of hats—Director of Operations, business owner, worship leader, instructor, CEO. But through it all, one truth has guided me:
More is possible.
In business. In leadership. In life.
But only if you’re willing to get honest, get aligned, and get to work.
I don’t just preach transformation—I’ve lived it.
I’ve led in pressure, rebuilt what was broken, and built things from the ground up. I’ve helped organizations get clear, churches get aligned, and entrepreneurs break through. Whether it’s a keynote, workshop, or private coaching, my job is to help people walk out better than they walked in.
And I love doing it. From churches and convention centers to school gyms and correctional institutions, I’ve been blessed to speak into people’s lives across all walks. Not because I’m special—but because the message is.
You were never meant to stay stuck. You were meant to rise.
I’m easy. Give me a mic, a bottle of water, and a room full of people—I’ll bring the fire. I show up early, stay late, and always overdeliver. No rider, no fluff, no diva nonsense. Just purpose, preparation, and passion.
And the result?
They laugh.
They learn.
They get lit up.
And they leave ready to live differently.
Honestly, I still can’t believe this is my job. But I thank God every day that it is.
